The sale of 27% of West Ham shares earlier this week at £150m values the Hammers at £555,555,555
That leaves over £400m for the remainder of the shares owned by Sullivan, Gold, Smith and Brown.
David Sullivan has 38.8% of the shares valued at around £216m
David Gold’s 25.1% of the shares are valued at around £140m
Tripp Smith 8% of shares are valued at around £44m
Terry Brown 1.1% of shares are valued at around £6m
In January 2010 David Sullivan and David Gold paid £52.5m to purchase 50% of the shares valuing the club at £105m at that time.
In May of the same year, Sullivan and Gold increased their share of the club to 60% at a cost of £8m taking their overall investment in shares to £60.5m.
In 2013 David Sullivan invested another £25.5m to buy a further 26.2% of West Ham shares taking their combined shareholding to 86.2% later selling 4.5% of shares to Gold. The Harris Family and Terry Brown invested by buying 3.4% of the shares for £4m.
Tripp Smith is thought to have paid £9.5m for his 10% shares in 2017 with another £9.5m loaned to the club interest-free.
There was a £30m rights issue in July 2020 with all shareholders putting in money while Sullivan increased his shareholding from 51.1% to 51.5%
How much Hammers can spend
West Ham can spend £71m in January and the summer without falling foul of Financial Fair Play regulations, according to analysis from financial expert Kieran Maguire.

There are plenty of clubs with a much higher ceiling of spending; Spurs, for example, can splash £400m with absolutely no consequences but who’d trust them to spend that money wisely?!
